Ah that is so sweet! So for breakfast I almost always have oatmeal with blueberries or apple (old fashioned oats only, instant oats are blehhh), then for lunch I usually have a protein bar (been having a lot of RX bars atm), and then for dinner usually a stir fry with tofu (you could use chicken it’s a great lean protein I just don’t like it) and about ½ cup brown rice. When I feel kinda down or need a great I have a slice of buttered toast and a pint of halo top or enlightened ice cream for dinner (not super healthy but at least it has protein!). I eat probably a lot more calories than a lot of people on here but it’s all about consistency! Like I don’t really do cheat meals at all. I do have occasional treats like a croissant or my fav Starbucks drink, vanilla sweet cream cold brew. And once a week I get whatever salad I want from my fav salad place. But yeah I’d say it’s key to like not go super off course very often - and as the days/weeks/months go by you’ll really see changes. Obviously this can be hard depending on your family/social life - I’m lucky that it’s something I have a fair amount of control over.
